Done.

Finito!

Yesterday I bound my doll quilt and sewed the label on the back. Finished! I love it! I want to keep it!!

*sigh*


I also turned that little flying geese block into a pincushion so cute that, again, I want to keep all for myself. Mine MINE MINE!! Okay, not mine. At least I know I can always make another.

Now I'm contemplating any other small goodies I can make to send to my partner...any ideas??

    I love that doll quilt! I'd have a hard time parting with it, too...

    I *love* your doll quilt. The colors, the gray, the hand stitching, it is just divine. And the mini flying geese...I'm speechless. How did you work with such tiny paper piecing? I made a 12 inch flying geese block and I thought my eyes and fingers burned.

    I absolutely LOVE this quilt. I've been a sewer ever since I was little and even though I've only made a handful of quilts in my life I deeply admire the craftsmanship that goes into each piece. Your work is beautiful! I shared your quilt today on my blog as my inspiration to finally make my daughter a quilt for her nursery. I would love for you to stop by sometime!
