Egg geodes!
Just in time for Easter, which I had no idea was this month. Derrr....
Anyway, I've been looking for fun eggsperiments to do with the kids and these seem pretty much perfect to me. I'm sure they'll love it. Notice how I'm just gonna keep moving on from that awful pun like it didn't happen.
My straw bale gardening experiment also seems to be doing well. So far. I didn't plant much--just some tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, green beans and radishes. Stuff I know for sure we'll eat. Hopefully we'll get something out of this. If not...well I'll have some straw for composting I guess.
