Swaps and Bees

I really enjoy bees and swaps because they challenge me to try things I've never done before, and gives me the advantage of doing so on a small scale. Plus, swaps are just fun!

I'm  fortunate to be the Circle Host for the "Comfort" circle of do.Good Stitches, a charity quilting bee. The first quilt blocks I came up with for the month of January were brown and green wonky nine-patch blocks.

February's blocks were Map of the States blocks in gray and orange. My fave!

March's blocks were stacked books blocks in blue and yellow. Another favorite color combo of mine, and so cheerful.

April was the month for shoo-fly blocks in purple, blue, and green. These were fun and simple, I loved them!
